About the Organization
MAMTA - Health institute for Mother & Child, and Non Government Organization started working since 1992. It has a team of dedicated and committed medical specialists, community consultant, social scientist, research consultant, a bunch of young programme officers-its driving force and a team of young boys and girls as community workers, 74 or so in all. MAMTA initially focused upon health of Mother & Child and later integrated various other programmes.
