PANEER CAPSICUM Ingredients : ![]() -- 250 gm cottage cheese --2 capsicums (chopped) --2 onions (Chopped) --1 tbsp vinegar -- 1 ¼ tbsp soya sauce --1 ¼ tbsp chilli sauce -- ½ tbsp caornflor --2 tbsp oil -- 2 tsp salt -- ½ tsp black pepper -- ¼ tsp ajinomoto -- ½ cup vegetable stock Method: -- Cut cheese into cubes. -- Heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute. -- Add chopped capsicums and onion. Fry well. -- Add soya sauce, venegar, chilli sauce and vegetables stock. -- Bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper. Add cheese cubes and boil. -- Mix cornflour in ¼ cup of water. Stir into boiling gravy and cook till thick. -- Serve with rice, roti or nan.
