The magical fruit Mango is the most popular fruit of the Asia. It is
regarded as the king of all fruits. This juicy, pulpy, sweet fruit comes
in various shapes, sizes and flavors from Alphonso to Dasehari to Langra
and Kalami. Each place where it is grown gives it a flavor distinct from
the other.The fruit is highly revered in Hindu mythology and for this reason alone its twigs are perhaps used for lighting the sacred fires or performing the yajnas. Its leaves are used for decorations in pious ceremonies. This is a fruit which can be used both in ripe or unripe stages of maturity. When unripe it is used to prepare sauces, pickles and health drinks ( panna etc.) while in ripe stages it eaten as it is or used in desserts or squashes.
